When the sculptor sculpted the world, she called out to anyone who could hear her, "come, and dwell upon this stage that I have made, and live out your stories on it."

The only ones who could hear her were Father Sea and Mother Sky, and so they came and they dwelled upon the world, and had three children.

Garos and Fodos fought each other, and Mirabella hid from them. While she was hiding she grew lonely, and began to make up stories to keep her company. These are the stories of you, and me, and everyone around us.
